    Purpose:

    Assist

    with

    managing

    district

    Central

    Texas

    Healthcare

    Academy

    programs

    including

    curriculum

    and

    instructional

    resource

    planning,

    inventory

    management,

    staff

    training,

    IHE

    and

    industry

    partner

    coordination,

    progress

    monitoring

    and

    reporting.

    (Position

    grant-funded

    and

    restricted

    exclusively

    to

    the

    support

    of

    healthcare

    academy

    initiatives)

    Qualifications

    (Experience/Education/Certification):

    Bachelor's

    degree

    in

    Education,

    Healthcare

    Administration,

    or

    a

    related

    field.

    Three

    years'

    experience

    in

    CTE

    program

    management,

    school

    district

    or

    IHE

    administration,

    or

    workforce

    development

    programs.

    Proven

    track

    record

    of

    collaborating

    with

    IHEs,

    regional

    industry

    partners,

    and

    community

    stakeholders

    to

    build

    workforce

    pipelines

    or

    dual-credit

    programs.

    Direct

    experience

    handling

    grant-funded

    programs

    including

    reporting

    and

    tracking

    (preferred).

    Experience

    as

    a

    high

    school

    teacher

    with

    a

    valid

    TX

    teaching

    certificate

    (preferred);

    Healthcare

    industry

    experience

    or

    healthcare

    credential

    (e.g.,

    RN,

    LVN,

    EMT)

    (preferred).

    Major

    Responsibilities:

    1.

    Assist

    with

    the

    development,

    implementation,

    and

    evaluation

    of

    healthcare

    academy

    curricula

    to

    ensure

    alignment

    with

    PfISD,

    Austin

    Community

    College

    (ACC),

    and

    industry

    standards;

    secure

    state/local

    program

    approvals

    and

    maintain

    pathway

    compliance.

    2.

    Support

    educators

    in

    utilizing

    effective

    instructional

    delivery

    methods,

    digital

    health

    science

    software,

    state-adopted

    textbooks,

    and

    specialized

    learning

    materials.

    3.

    Develop

    and

    execute

    K-12

    outreach

    strategies

    to

    promote

    program

    growth,

    maximize

    student

    enrollment,

    and

    support

    long-term

    retention

    within

    the

    healthcare

    academies.

    4.

    Facilitate

    articulation

    and

    dual-credit

    agreements

    with

    IHE

    partners;

    collaborate

    on

    program

    delivery

    and

    teacher

    professional

    learning.

    5.

    Coordinate

    work-based

    learning

    opportunities,

    clinical

    placements,

    and

    internship

    experiences

    in

    direct

    partnership

    with

    regional

    healthcare

    employers.

    6.

    Manage

    the

    scheduling,

    secure

    testing

    environment,

    vendor

    compliance,

    and

    credentialing

    process

    for

    Health

    Science

    industry-based

    certifications

    (e.g.,

    CCMA,

    EMT,

    Sterile

    Processing).

    7.

    Establish

    and

    maintain

    a

    centralized

    inventory

    tracking

    system

    for

    healthcare

    equipment,

    tools,

    and

    lab

    consumables

    to

    ensure

    safety,

    proper

    calibration,

    and

    audit

    readiness.

    8.

    Assist

    with

    grant

    reporting,

    compliance

    documentation,

    and

    record-keeping;

    develop

    and

    monitor

    budgets

    and

    manage

    procurement

    for

    grant-restricted

    healthcare

    funds.

    9.

    Collect,

    analyze,

    and

    report

    student

    outcome

    metrics,

    including

    IBC

    pass

    rates,

    course

    completion

    data,

    and

    overall

    program

    effectiveness.

    10.

    Plan

    and

    lead

    Healthcare

    Academy

    Advisory

    Committee

    meetings

    and

    represent

    the

    District

    in

    community,

    IHE,

    and

    industry

    forums.

    11.

    Follow

    the

    Educator

    Code

    of

    Conduct

    &

    all

    policies,

    procedures,

    laws,

    and

    State/Federal

    regulations.

    12.

    Perform

    other

    duties

    as

    assigned.
