Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Channel Marketing - Industrial to join our team!

This role will lead channel marketing strategies for key distribution customers and Scientific verticals, driving market penetration and account growth. The role will develop digital marketing and sales enablement programs, while overseeing tradeshow strategy, budgets, cross-functional execution, and external agency partnerships.

What your role will be?

• Lead channel marketing initiatives for key customers across North America.

• Partner with sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.

• Support channel activation through collateral, training, trade shows, and other sales enablement initiatives.

• Provide regional market expertise to adapt global strategies to customer and vertical needs.

• Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure regional alignment and representation.

• Drive portfolio, product content, assortment, and distributor.com optimization.

• Build expertise in key strategic verticals and lead a Center of Excellence (COE) within Channel Marketing.

• Lead tradeshow strategy, execution, and budgets, including management of the Tradeshow & Content Specialist and external agencies.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent in experience.

Job Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
• B2B product marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong digital marketing experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong project management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams in global, matrix environments.
• Strong analytical, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong team player with a culturally aware and international mindset.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies.

Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

• Availability to travel 25% for sales and marketing meetings.
