    As a Business Systems Analyst supporting Finance and Regulatory Reporting Technology, you will help drive the evolution of Schwab's procurement and vendor management capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and technology partners, you will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to support Agile delivery, modern engineering practices, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will help optimize critical procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, and financial technology processes that support enterprise-wide decision making and operational success.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions, including Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing, Contracts, and Guided Buying
    • 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related technology role
    • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and vendor lifecycle management processes
    • Experience supporting full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
    • Experience conducting business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability management
    • Experience with SQL and data analysis techniques
    • Experience with data conversion, transformation, and mapping activities
    • Experience supporting API-based integrations and middleware technologies
    • Understanding of DevOps and operational support practices
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex business and technical problems

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting ZipHQ procurement intake and orchestration workflows
    • Experience with supplier onboarding, contract management, and third-party risk management processes
    • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through analysis and data-driven recommendations
    • Experience facilitating PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business and technology teams
    • Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions
    • Experience creating clear, concise, and effective business documentation
    • Ability to anticipate risks, evaluate impacts, and support informed decision-making

    In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
