Pay Range: $25 - $26/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer AWD/IIQ users, profiles, roles, workgroups, security groups, additions, changes, and deactivations.
• Process and validate individual and bulk access requests.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot BPM workflows, work items, queues, payloads, and process statuses.
• Investigate aborted processes, system-locked requests, failed payloads, and stuck work.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Python-based automations that interact with the BPM platform.
• Use APIs, JSON, authentication, logging, retry logic, and exception handling to support integrations.
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and tasks, Jira Run Support cards, defects, and escalations.
• Execute lower-environment testing before production patches and document results.
• Support monthly production patch windows, weekend maintenance, and early-morning operational checks.
• Publish daily operational status and communicate with business partners, IT, and support teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Must have Python scripting and automation experience.
• Must have BPM/workflow platform administration experience.
• Must have production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Must have user access management experience, including roles, permissions, and security groups.
• Familiar with development practices, not IT developer
• Experience administering a BPM, workflow, case-management, or comparable enterprise platform.
• Experience with user access, roles, profiles, security groups, and authorization controls.
• Strong production-support and incident-troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to analyze workflow failures, payload errors, locks, queues, and process history.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Python scripting experience in a production environment.
• Experience in integrating applications through REST APIs or similar interfaces.
• Knowledge of Java Script, JSON, authentication, error handling, retries, logging, and batch processing.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable ITSM/work-management tools.
• Experience executing test cases, documenting evidence, and supporting releases or patches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize incidents, and escalate appropriately.
• Availability for early-morning monitoring, Sunday patch windows, and occasional on-call support.
• Direct AWD/IIQ experience.
• SNOW experience.
• Identity and access management or RBAC experience.
• Experience in a regulated, controlled, or audit-sensitive environment.
• Experience with BOT orchestration, schedulers, monitoring tools, or automation platforms.
• Git, code review, CI/CD, SQL, and log-querying experience.
• ITIL, production support, or release-management certification.
• Candidate: Stronger in BPM platform administration, access governance, workflow troubleshooting, and ITSM operations.
• Nice to have skills: Stronger in Python automation, API integration, monitoring, and recovery.
• Hours to cover 8 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST.
