Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation
• Experience with account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle EBS preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills across various levels of personnel
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Auditing financial statements experience
• Public company accounting background
• CPA, MBA, or CMA certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or
• Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience

Other Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship Only (no dual citizenship)
• Availability for onsite 9/80 schedule
• Ability to support audits and SOX compliance initiatives
• Opportunity for potential role conversion to a permanent position
