Job Description:
This resource supports training assignments and compliance with Social Media Central.
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, etc.)
Cross-reference existing groups; analyze titles, reporting lines, and sectors for possible marketing personnel.
Translate information where necessary.
Send monthly Assignments & Compliance Reports to leadership.
Compliance Monitoring for training - provide notification to users for training due/overdue.
Compliance Monitoring for training - follow escalation process where applicable.
Addition and removal of new or former users (updates to profiles, user groups & curricula).
Maintain Training Curricula by adding and removing SOPs as needed, creating new curricula as needed in Compliance Wire.
