Special Projects Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-established, service-focused commercial General Contractor in Columbus, OH is hiring a Special Projects Manager to take care of their repeat clients' smaller projects, service work and renovations! This is a hands-on role for someone who likes wearing multiple hats: estimating, managing and, when it makes sense, doing the work.

SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong commercial tenant improvement (TI) experience
• Well-rounded construction background with hands-on field skills
• Able to estimate, manage and invoice several smaller projects at once
• Comfortable working in occupied spaces while keeping the jobsite clean and disruption low
• Detail-oriented, organized and great with clients
• Open to learning Lean Construction practices

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $90,000 - $120,000 (up to $130,000 depending on experience)
• Quarterly profit-based bonuses
