    Special Procedures Technologist
    Florence, SC 29501 | Full-Time

    A leading healthcare organization in Florence, SC is seeking a skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join its diagnostic imaging and interventional team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with a variety of special procedures including fluoroscopy, interventional radiology, and other advanced imaging studies
    • Prepare procedure rooms and equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality
    • Position and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
    • Administer contrast agents as directed and monitor patient responses
    • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and imaging results
    • Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
    • ARRT(R) certification required; advanced specialty certifications preferred
    • Current South Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
    • BLS certification required
    • Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
    • Experience in fluoroscopy or interventional procedures preferred
