Date: August 5, 2026 Position: Special Needs Paraeducator Atascadero High School Hours: Monday-Friday 7 hrs per day 195 days per school year (184 work days plus 11 paid holidays) Salary: Range 24 (Step D-$20.77 to Step H-$25.59) Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages CalPERS Retirement Vacation, Sick Leave and 11 paid holidays Qualifications: -One year in any combination of training, education, and experience in providing and implementing school based directed learning experiences special needs students -Must pass professional aide test with 70% accuracy or be NCLB Compliant with 48 college semester units -CPR certified (we can provide training) -Ability to pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance -Valid driver's license Deadline: OPEN UNTIL FILLED To Apply: Apply on www.edjoin.org to complete an application Please submit a letter of interest to Kristy Sanchez in the Human Resources Department (kristysanchez@atasusd.org).
