    About the Role:
    Join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #858 in Clinton, UT, as a Special Events Customer Service representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our delightful brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments with our delicious cakes.


    Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service during special events and cake tastings.
    • Assist customers in selecting the perfect cakes for their celebrations.
    • Coordinate and manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
    • Promote our products and special offers to enhance customer experience.
    • Maintain a clean and inviting event space.
    • Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for guests.
    • Follow up with customers post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
    Requirements:
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or event setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Passion for baking and cake decoration is a plus.
    • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
    • Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

    Compensation: $15.00 per hour
