Special Educational Needs Coordinator Salary: £34,078 to £52,834 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/working pattern: Full time

  • Salary: £34,078 to £52,834 per annum (plus TLR1a £10,529 per annum)

Grade: MPS/UPS

Contract: Permanent 

Hours: 37 hours per week

Our school community is based upon an inclusive and restorative ethos that we believe best allows every student the opportunity to realise their full potential. We are now looking to appoint an experienced and skilful SENCo to develop and lead our SEND strategy and provision working as a Senior Manager across school and part of our Extended Leadership Team.

 

  • An understanding of, and commitment to, an inclusive school ethos, working restoratively and ensuring the well-being of each child.
  •  A successful track record of managing successful and effective resource provision.
  • A strong knowledge of current SEND practice, able to inspire and lead a forward-thinking and successful SEND team to identify and meet the needs of our most vulnerable learners.
  • A commitment to providing a highly effective universal SEND offer and a willingness to positively embrace change, challenge and opportunities.
