Special Education Teaching Assistant

Centerville Junior High School is accepting applications for a Special Education Teaching Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year.

The successful candidate will assist students with diverse learning needs by providing instructional and classroom support under the direction of the special education teacher. Applicants should be dependable, collaborative, and committed to helping middle school students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively with middle school students and staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
