The Buckeye Union School District is accepting applications for one full-time Special Education Teacher position at Valley View Charter Montessori for the 2026-2027 school year! Location: - Valley View Charter Montessori, 1665 Blackstone Parkway, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 Schedule: - Monday-Friday - 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (7.5 hours per day) Salary Information: The initial placement range for new hires is $58,205.00 - $85,352.00 annually, depending on education and experience. Salary placement is based on our certificated special education salary schedule (linked on the right side of this posting) and considers verified full-time teaching experience and completed units or degrees beyond a bachelor's degree. Initial placement is determined by range (education) and step (years of experience). Employees who hold a master's degree receive an additional $1,000 annual stipend. Requirements: - Completed Buckeye Union School District (BUSD) application (via EdJoin) - Cover letter - Resume - 3 letters of recommendation dated within the past two years - Copy of valid teaching credential - Copy of EL Authorization (if not included in credential) - Unofficial Transcripts for post-baccalaureate units Credential Requirements: Education Specialist Credential required (Mild/Moderate or Mild to Moderate Support Needs [MMSN], or comparable). Authorization to teach students with autism and English Learner (EL) authorization required.
