Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent field

Certifications Requirements:
Arizona State Teaching Certification in Special Education, or eligibility for certification

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Special Education Teacher, with strong skills in classroom management, individualized instruction, and behavioral support

Other Requirements:
Must pass background check and obtain updated clearances. Soft skills include excellent communication, adaptability, patience, and a team-oriented mindset. Physical demands may include standing for long periods and assisting students with mobility needs. Flexibility to work within school hours and manage multiple priorities is essential.
