Job Responsibilities:
- Implement district-approved curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Conduct assessments, testing, and diagnostic exams to identify learning issues and develop corrective strategies.
- Assist in creating and implementing IEPs and behavior management plans for students with special needs.
- Coordinate with outside agencies and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators to support student growth.
- Provide counseling and support to foster students personal and emotional development, acting as a liaison between home and school.
