Position: Special Education Teacher (K-12) for the 2026-2027 school year
Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Special Education Endorsement K-12
Additional certification in any other core academic areas a plus
Effectively interacts, communicates, and collaborates with students, parents,
colleagues, and other stakeholders to foster student learning
Familiarity with special education documentation and reports
Bilingual and Spanish preferred, but not required
Location: Walkerville Public Schools
Estimated Starting Date: Fall 2026
Reports to: Building Principal
Salary: Salary as negotiated with the WPS Board of Education
