Birch Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Special Education Teacher to join a school district
near Saint Paul, Minnesota for the
2026 2027 school year. This is a
full-time, in-person opportunity working with
upper middle school and lower high school students in a resource/case management setting.

Starting Pay:$45/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Serve as a Resource/Case Manager for students with special needs
Provide individualized and small-group instruction
Teach English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and Skills/Transition classes
Develop and implement IEPs while monitoring student progress
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence
Qualifications
Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
Experience working with middle and/or high school students preferred
Strong case management, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success
