We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our Structured Learning Services program, a center-based classroom designed to support students with Autism. This role requires a compassionate educator with strong behavior management skills and a commitment to creating a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with Autism.
Design and deliver instruction tailored to the unique learning needs of each student.
Implement evidence-based behavior management strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as needed.
Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development opportunities
Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) Teaching License with Special Education endorsement (required).
Experience working with students with Autism and implementing behavior management strategies.
Strong understanding of IEP development, differentiation, and data-driven instruction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
