Special Education Teacher--Moderate Special Needs

Requirements: MA Moderate Special Education License Experience working with students with special needs Self-motivated Knowledge of the IEP process (writing and running meetings) Able to develop and implement specialized instruction to meet student learning goals as driven by IEPs Knowledge of Special Education assessment/evaluation tools, able to administer, interpret, write reports, and write IEPs Ability to collaborate and work with classroom teachers and other support personnel Systematic Phonics Trained Strong understanding of math content Experience with reading interventions Certified and trained in Wilson Reading and/or Orton-Gillingham.
