Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated
Special Education Teacher to join a middle school team in
Minneapolis, Minnesota for the
2026 2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time, school-based position
Middle school caseload of approximately 8 students
Provide pull-out instruction in:
Reading/Writing
Math
Social Skills
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
Compensation:
Starting at $45/hour, based on experience
Requirements:
Active Minnesota Special Education teaching license
Experience working with middle school students is preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
