If not already, must be willing to become Autism certified JOB SUMMARY & CORE RESPONSIBILIES: include, but not limited to:Job Summary: To provided specialized instruction, develops and implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborates with general education staff under guidelines from the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) and PolicyIEP Management: Write, review, update, and chair Individualized Education Programs while tracking student progress toward goals.Instruction & Co-Teaching: Plan and deliver modified curricula, lead or participate in co-taught general education classrooms, and implement state college-and-career-readiness standards. Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct diagnostic and formative assessments to evaluate student learning styles, adapt materials, and document performance. Collaboration: Work alongside general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and parents/guardians to support a Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
