Provide specially designed instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics aligned with grade-level standards and student needs. Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessments to ensure student access to grade-level content. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning styles, abilities, and goals of students. Communicate consistently with families regarding student progress, goals, and strategies for support at home. Work collaboratively teachers, related service providers, Instructional aides and other support staff to support students Facilitate IEP Team meetings and Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations. Utilize data collection and progress monitoring tools to inform instruction and measure student growth.
