Special Education Teacher 36-week contract in Easton, Maryland. Provide specialized educational services to elementary students with disabilities. Earn up to $55 per hour based on experience.
Provide specialized educational services to elementary students with disabilities including OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairment.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Assess students' progress and adjust instruction methods to meet their needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping for compliance and reporting.
Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to create inclusive learning environments.
Certified Special Education Teacher.
Minimum 1 year experience handling caseloads involving OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairment.
Ability to work in elementary settings and serve a caseload of 10-15 students.
Background in providing services inside general education settings.
Soft skills: patience, adaptability, and strong communication.
Physical ability to perform classroom duties.
Background check required.
