Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt lessons and classroom environments to meet individual student needs
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor tailored lesson plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate and timely records, data, and reports
- Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support to students across academic and behavioral domains
- Communicate proactively with families and caregivers to support student growth
