Organization Information Todd County is a small rural community in the south central part of Kentucky. The district has five schools: North Todd Elementary, South Todd Elementary, Todd County Middle School, Todd County Central High School, and Horizons Academy. The mission of the Todd County Schools is Teaching, Caring and Serving: (1) Teaching all students from a rigorous curriculum; (2) Caring through building positive relationships with students and the community; and (3) Serving by using researched based instructional strategies that make learning relevant to the needs of our students.
