Express Healthcare Staffing has partnered with a local Lake County School District and is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time School Social Worker to support students' social, emotional, and academic success. Position Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling services to students
Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and attendance-related needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
Connect students and families with community resources and support services
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work (MSW) required
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
