Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field. Candidates must possess a valid Indiana teaching license with an elementary special education endorsement, alongside the versatility to provide instruction across diverse educational environments. Exceptional classroom management, strong diagnostic skills, and a collaborative professional style are essential. While prior school-based teaching experience is highly preferred, enthusiastic newly licensed educators are welcome to apply.
