Position:

Special Education Intense Behavior Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant will support students in a self-contained behavior classroom by assisting with academic instruction, social-emotional development, and implementation of individualized student supports. The position will work closely with the classroom teacher and special education team to promote positive behavior, student engagement, independence, and success. Responsibilities include providing instructional assistance, implementing behavior strategies and interventions, supporting daily routines and transitions, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
