Join a team that values your professional judgment, invests in your growth, and understands that your life outside work matters, too.
You invest your time and talent in helping educators and students succeed. Here’s how we invest in you:
Competitive hourly pay: Starting at $48.00 per hour, with compensation for all time worked.
Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options for eligible employees.

A supportive team: Be part of a community of educators who value collaboration, student success, and the expertise you bring.
You’ll provide practical guidance that helps educators strengthen their instruction and respond to students’ individual learning needs. You will:
Coach through collaboration. Support teachers through lesson planning, classroom observations, instructional modeling, and constructive feedback that encourages professional growth.
Strengthen individualized instruction. Help educators adapt lessons, materials, and teaching strategies to students’ strengths and needs while implementing the accommodations, modifications, and goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Use data to guide instruction. Help teachers review student work, assessment results, and progress-monitoring data to identify needs and adjust instructional strategies.
Support effective classroom practices. Share strategies for student engagement, accessible instruction, classroom routines, and positive behavior supports.
Make professional learning practical. Facilitate professional development and team learning opportunities that give teachers and paraprofessionals strategies they can apply in their daily work.
Connect school teams. Collaborate with campus leaders, special education staff, and related service providers to support consistent instructional practices and coordinated student support.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid Texas special education teaching certification, with any additional qualifications required for the assignment.
Experience teaching students receiving special education services and implementing IEPs.
Knowledge of differentiated instruction, curriculum adaptation, progress monitoring, and positive behavior supports.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to provide clear, respectful, and actionable feedback.
Experience mentoring educators, facilitating professional development, or serving as an instructional coach is preferred.
Bring your instructional expertise to a full-time role where you can help educators grow and students make meaningful progress. We’d love to learn about your experience and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
