Special Education and Math Teacher - Leave Replacement

Available October 2026

The Syosset Central School District seeks a Leave Replacement Special Education and Mathematics Teacher. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Hold NYSED certifications in Special Education (7-12) and Mathematics (7-12)

• Prior successful experience teaching Special Education preferred

• Expertise in differentiation of instruction to support the success and growth of all students

• Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
