    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

    • Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in accordance with district policies and educational standards.

    • Monitor and document student progress to ensure goals are met effectively.

    • Support classroom management and assist with behavioral interventions as needed.

    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to promote student success and well-being.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Special Education Generalist Certification.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting.

    • Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

    • Ability to manage a caseload of 6 students, with potential fluctuation.

    • Comfortable working in a school environment, adhering to district policies, and supporting students' individual needs.
