Our client, a leading medical devices and healthcare technology company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Operations and Customer Service Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking which will align successfully in the organization.
Monitor and evaluate interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
Track QA metrics and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders
Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Support documentation and maintain quality assurance processes
What’s Needed?
2+ years of Quality Assurance or related experience
Proficiency with Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and performance evaluations
