AC4S LLC is currently seeking a Sparing Coordinator who Supports inventory and sparing operations under the direction of the Inventory and Sparing Lead, maintaining accurate and current records within the Government-approved COTS inventory management system. Performs data entry and updates to ensure real-time inventory levels and shipping status remain current and accessible to GTMs. Assists production of bi-weekly and ad hoc inventory reports and participates in the annual physical inventory, documenting discrepancies for Lead review and resolution. Supports scheduled and ad hoc Government inspections and inventory requests. Maintains spare equipment and components inventory including desktops, laptops, monitors, hard disks, power supplies, mice, and keyboards, restocking quantities to meet established SLA thresholds. Configures and stages replacement hardware for deployment based on service desk request priority and tracks items sent for manufacturer repair, notifying the Inventory and Sparing Lead of delays affecting SLA compliance or COOP readiness. Experience and Skills: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree with 3+ years of experience; OR Master of Arts/Master of Science degree with 1+ years of experience - Strong knowledge of inventory management, spare parts coordination, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Experience maintaining accurate inventory records using enterprise inventory or asset management systems.
- Ability to monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and maintain appropriate spare equipment levels to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience receiving, storing, staging, issuing, and tracking IT equipment and components, including desktops, laptops, monitors, hard drives, power supplies, keyboards, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control best practices.
- Experience performing physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Ability to prepare inventory reports, maintain asset documentation, and ensure data accuracy within inventory management systems.
- Experience coordinating with logistics, procurement, service desk, and deployment teams to support hardware replacement and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of configuration management, asset accountability, and Government property management procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or IT asset management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational readiness.

Physical Requirements - Footwear: Steel-toe boots or steel-toe protective shoes are required at all times while performing warehouse duties or handling IT equipment.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move IT equipment and boxed assets weighing a minimum of 40 pounds. Occasional lifting of items above this weight may be required with proper team-lift procedures.
- Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking between storage areas, staging zones, and inventory stations.
- Bending, Stooping, and Reaching: Regular bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching to access shelves, pallet racks, and inventory locations.
- Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push or pull carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment used to transport IT assets within the warehouse environment.
- Manual Dexterity: Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to safely unbox, label, scan, connect, and prepare IT hardware and accessories.
- Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in a warehouse setting with variable temperatures, concrete flooring, and active movement of equipment and personnel. May require use of basic PPE such as gloves or safety glasses depending on task.
- Equipment Operation (if applicable): Ability to safely operate non-powered material handling equipment (e.g., carts, dollies, pallet jacks). No forklift operation is assumed unless separately certified and required.
