Job Description
Salary: 55k-70k
- Use exceptional customer service skills to view part request from customer and complete quoting, purchase, and allocation of spare parts to airliners as well as maintenance facilities when required
- Manage open order reports from customers and add in comments on commit dates and order status
- Enter airline and MRO work stop requirements into the internal Critical Parts file for program visibility
- Receive, update and deliver the daily Sweeps file to the spare parts team
- Work with Pratt and Whitney internal teams to manage and release spare parts orders when needed
Experience/Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred
