Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator in Corvallis, OR. The candidate will help keep critical operations running. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to support the availability, movement, and management of critical spare parts that keep customer operations running smoothly. In this role, you will serve as a key link between operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely procurement, reporting, and issue resolution. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating across multiple teams, solving problems, and improving processes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Include:
  • Manage spare parts data, setup, and lifecycle activities within SAP and related systems
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  • Process purchase orders and support procurement activities to ensure parts availability
  • Track and coordinate the return of defective or reusable parts for evaluation and recovery programs
  • Generate and maintain reports on spare parts usage, consumption, and performance trends
  • Support urgent customer and operational requests by coordinating shipments and logistics activities
  • Collaborate with supply chain, operations, engineering, procurement, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or order fulfillment
  • Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or business operations tools
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports that support business decisions.
  • SAP experience is highly preferred
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
