Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and engaging
Spanish Teacher to join a K-8 charter school. The ideal candidate will create an engaging language-learning environment and help students develop foundational Spanish language skills through age-appropriate instruction and activities.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons for K-8 students.
Develop students speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Adapt instruction to meet varying student needs and abilities.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff.
Maintain classroom routines and support positive student behavior.
Qualifications
Spanish teaching experience preferred.
Strong Spanish language proficiency.
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred.
Appropriate teaching certification or licensure preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for working with students in a diverse K-8 educational environment.
