Description
We’re looking for a fluent Spanish/English bilingual Customer Service / Technical Support Specialist to help customers with computer, software, and technical issues.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly and patient customer support by phone and help desk
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and technical issues
- Explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Help customers navigate applications and systems
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English — REQUIRED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Patient, personable, and customer-focused
No formal IT background required! If you have strong customer service skills, good computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Important: This is a seasonal position expected to run through approximately February, with multiple shift options available.
January 2–9 availability is required. Time off during this period will generally not be approved except for emergencies.
