Creare is seeking an exceptionalSpace Programs Production Manager (PM)
-
a high-level leader responsible for the successful execution and
delivery of manufacturing projects, from concept development through
analysis, design, manufacturing, make/buy decisions, component
production/procurement, assembly, testing, and customer delivery. These

adherence to quality, schedule, and cost requirements. The PM provides

mission goals, the space programs production manager is dedicated to the
end-to-end execution of delivering aerospace hardware for one or more
Creare technologies. In addition to managing day-to-day product
execution, the PM plays a critical role in shaping Creares future
through strategic planning, risk management, innovation, and
cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, including
design and manufacturing engineers, production supervisors,
technicians, and assemblers. Foster a collaborative and innovative

```
- Manufacturing Leadership:Provide overall direction on how a project
is executed including make/buy decisions, supplier partnership and
selection, and capacity planning to support overall program
objectives. Build relationships with suppliers and manage vendor
performance to ensure timely availability of raw materials and
components.
work instructions, and safety protocols to ensure mission success
and employee well-being.
```
- Process Improvement: Champion process improvements (Lean or Six
Sigma Certification) to increase throughput, reduce cycle times,
improve quality, and eliminate waste in the production process.

```
- Risk & Metric Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities
within manufacturing strategies and processes and develop risk
mitigation and contingency plans. Monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs) like first-pass yield, labor efficiency, and scrap rates,
implementing corrective actions when targets are missed.
```
- Strategic Planning: Support Program Managers and Business
Development Leads with expert advice on hardware fabrication,
assembly, and testing, including cost-schedule estimates for scope
changes to existing programs and new RFIs/RFPs. Identify
