Title: Space Planner- Level 2
Pay Rate: $30-35/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 9-5
Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid- 4 days a week onsite (Mon-Thurs need to be onsite)
Location:2021 7th Avenue, Seattle WA

They will have a manager, apart of a 3 person team
Summary:
As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
In Office 4 days per week
Responsibilities
– Receive and review all occupancy requests
– Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
– Tactical scenario development
– Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
– Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
– Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans

Must Have Skills:
Occupancy planner would be ideal
Move ad change
CAD experience
Doing test fits and design type works
Education Degree would be preferred

CAFM - Serraview, Archibus, FMS
AutoCAD, MS Excel
