Summary
- Work with client teams on all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
- Support occupancy and space planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review all occupancy requests.
- Engage with tactical business space representatives to collect planning requirements.
- Develop tactical planning scenarios.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc audits.
- Assist senior planners in the development of strategic plans as needed.
- Coordinate with the MAC team for implementation of space plans.
Required Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
Must-Have Skills
- Occupancy planning.
- Move, add, and change (MAC) experience.
- CAD experience.
- Test fits and design-related work.
Technical Skills
- Data analytics.
- Occupancy planning.
