Space Intelligence Planning SME

In compliance with Californias Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary for this position is $165,000 $175,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements. - Coordinate intelligence activities in support of S4S/CJFSCC staff directorates planning and provide planners in support of designated Operational Planning Team (OPT) efforts.

Job description:

- Perform intelligence planning and JIPOE in support of campaign, deliberate, and crisis action planning.

- Coordinate with MNF-OOD participating nations on intelligence issues associated with space and support multi-lateral mission planning.

- Coordinate intelligence activities in support of S4S/CJFSCC staff directorates planning and provide planners in support of designated Operational Planning Team (OPT) efforts.

- Support development of the Annex B (Intelligence) for various OPLANs or Campaign Plans and identify intelligence requirements for OPLAN execution.

- Produce Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Essential Elements of Information (EEIs) during campaigning and contingency planning for S4S/CJFSCC Staff.

- Complete limited admin duties to include preparation and review of internal/external documents and managing assigned taskings using TMT on the NIPRNet and SIPRNet

- Lead Intelligence Planning Teams (IPTs) in support of S4S/CJFSCC & USSC staff directorates.

Required Experience:

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of space intelligence analysis or planning experience.

- Deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content for the Space Intelligence Enterprise.

- Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.

- Has the specific skills, knowledge, and comprehension to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance.

- Knowledge of Joint Planning Processes and joint doctrine (JP 5-0, JP 3-14, JP 2-0)

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: 

Required Education: BA/BS OR MA/MS desired
