Spa Technician, Massage Therapist

• Perform a variety of massage modalities and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences.

• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any health considerations.

• Customize treatments while maintaining consistency with spa standards and brand expectations.

• Create a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Adhere to all state licensing requirements, safety protocols, and sanitation regulations.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• A current, valid state massage therapy license recognized by the governing board of Michigan.
• Minimum of 800 hours of training at a recognized massage school.
• At least one year experience in an upscale spa operation.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environment.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Work varying shifts based on business needs, including holidays and weekends.
