Hand and Stone is seeking a candidate for a Front Desk Sales Professional/Spa Associate. Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than FIRST CLASS!

What to Expect as a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone Robinson/North Fayette:

This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion.

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, educate clients on lifestyle program to become members of our spa, gift cards sales and upgrades with massage and facial appointments.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Strong Computer skills
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Sales Experience
• Flexibility in scheduling
