As a Front Desk Supervisor at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide efficient, courteous, and quality service to our guests, report all resort revenues and settlements, maintain associated records and databases, and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa's reception.

What will you be doing?
What do you bring to the role?
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 6 months or more in previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
· Previous supervisory skills required.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel, and general public.
· Must be cooperative, willing to assist others, dependable, trustworthy, and patient.
· Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, and reach for more than half of the normal work day.
· Must have the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multitasking.
· Able to work independently, has good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
