Job Summary
- We are looking for an organized, friendly and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate is customer focused, detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast paced, relaxing environment.
General Accountabilities
- Warmly greet customers and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
- Book and manage appointments, including schedules with staff.
- Perform pre-shift duties to prepare the spa for daily operations.
- Ensure all spa essentials and necessities (towels, rooms, etc.) are fully stocked and maintained throughout the day.
- Support the team and maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle basic computer tasks, including scheduling software, email, and record keeping.
- Resolve computer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization and spa standards at all times.

Job Qualifications

Previous spa, salon, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask, stay organized and maintain a calm presence.
Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule.
