About the Role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Anna, TX, is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our new location.

The Spa Manager will be responsible for building and developing the team, growing memberships and revenue, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Drive membership sales, retention, revenue, retail, and gift card sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of spa professionals.
• Oversee daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and client experience.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take action to achieve business goals.
• Handle client concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.

What Were Looking For

• 2-3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and hold employees accountable.
• Passion for wellness, massage, and skincare services.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
