Spavia Day Spa - Elmhurst is a locally owned day spa in downtown Elmhurst, hiring part-time and full-time Spa Front Desk Coordinators. At Spavia, our spa front desk coordinators are called Guest Advisors. If you love creating five-star experiences, connecting with people, and working in a calm, beautiful environment, this role is for you. Our Guest Advisors are the first and last people our guests see, and they share one goal: every guest should feel welcomed, cared for, and refreshed. We take care of our team the same way, with a consistent, reliable schedule and the training you need to grow your skills and your income.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $17.50/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest, check guests in and out, and ensure the accuracy of every transaction
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Share the Spavia story and recommend treatments, boosts, memberships and spa boutique products
- Respond to guest inquiries accurately and promptly
- Keep the reception area, retreat areas and spa boutique clean, stocked and beautiful, including laundry
- Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness and growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Evening and weekend availability, including at least one weekend shift per week
- Reliable, punctual, professional and team-oriented
- Articulate speaker who can multitask with a warm, caring energy
- Able to lift 25+ lbs
Additional Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, front desk or retail sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with scheduling software; Mindbody experience a plus
