Sow Farm Manager

We are looking for a Sow Farm Manager to oversee the daily operation of a 1,500-head sow barn. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on employees, animal care, production, and overall farm performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage farm employees

• Oversee daily operation of the 1,500-head sow barn

• Monitor sow health, reproduction, and performance

• Track production records and meet performance goals

• Maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous swine or livestock experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and bilingual

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to be hands-on

• Ability to lead a team and achieve production goals

• $55,000-$75,000 Salary + Full Benefits
