Our products and services include conveyor components, conveyor belting, screening products, wear parts, and engineered solutions serving the mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping, power generation, and other bulk material handling industries.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to develop and grow ASGCO® sales throughout the South Western United States.This is a hands-on, field-focused sales position for someone who understands industrial customers, has strong mechanical aptitude, and enjoys solving conveyor and material handling challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, supporting distributors, and increasing ASGCO® market share throughout the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Sales DevelopmentManage and grow sales throughout Arizona, California and Southern Nevada.Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on revenue growth, new accounts, and increased market share.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mines, quarries, cement plants, industrial facilities, contractors, OEMs, and other bulk material handling operations.Expand relationships and sales opportunities within existing ASGCO® accounts.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and prospective customers.Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, operations personnel, purchasing teams, and corporate leadership.Maintain regular customer contact through field visits, follow-up, and ongoing account management.Technical & Customer SupportWork directly with customers to understand conveyor challenges and recommend appropriate ASGCO® products, services, and engineered solutions.Conduct customer site visits, conveyor inspections, and application reviews.Assist with on-site troubleshooting and resolution of conveyor and bulk material handling concerns.Ensure customers receive the technical support and service necessary to maximize the performance of ASGCO® products.Coordinate with ASGCO® engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and field service teams to provide complete customer solutions.Maintain a strong working knowledge of ASGCO® products, applications, and competitive advantages.Distributor Development & TrainingDevelop and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners throughout the territory.Train distributors and customers on the features, benefits, applications, installation, and value of ASGCO® products and services.Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and sales presentations.Work with distribution partners to identify new customers, projects, and growth opportunities.Qualifications3–7+ years of outside sales experience in industrial manufacturing, bulk material handling, mining, aggregates, cement, conveyors, or a related industry preferred.Conveyor equipment, conveyor belting, bulk material handling, or related technical sales experience strongly preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment and conveyor applications.Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while being part of a larger sales and technical team.Strong organizational, territory-management, and follow-through skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.Valid driver's license and ability to safely access industrial and customer facilities.What ASGCO® OffersASGCO® offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward sales growth and performance, including:Competitive base salaryOutstanding commission and earnings potentialSign-on bonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability benefits401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and vacationProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesSupport from ASGCO® engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and field service teamsOpportunity to represent an established manufacturer with a broad portfolio of conveyor and bulk material handling solutionsJoin ASGCO®This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial sales professional who wants to take ownership of a significant Western U.S. territory.If you understand conveyors, mining, aggregates, cement, or bulk material handling, enjoy developing customer relationships, and are motivated by building a territory and winning new business, we want to hear from you.Learn more about ASGCO® at www.asgco.com.ASGCO® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or qualifications.
