Southeast Traveling Superintendent - Retail Construction

An established national design-build general contractor is seeking Traveling Superintendents to support retail construction projects across the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast regions. This role offers the opportunity to lead ground-up, remodel, expansion, and open-store renovation projects for nationally recognized retail clients while working with a stable leadership team committed to growth and employee development.

Description

• • • Manage day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
    • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
    • Lead site safety efforts and enforce quality standards
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and stakeholders
    • Oversee budget-conscious execution while maintaining client satisfaction
    • Support projects ranging from small remodels to large ground-up developments

Profile

• • • Experience serving as a Superintendent on retail construction projects
    • Background with big-box retail, store remodels, expansions, renovations, or ground-up construction
    • Experience managing projects typically ranging from $3M to $10M+
    • Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and leadership skills
    • Willingness to travel within a designated region
    • Experience working with nationally recognized retail clients is highly preferred

Job Offer
